One of our most popular speakers returns with an investigation of home automation. Former trainer at Apple's prestigious Regent Street store, Brad now runs his own Apple support service in London at www.dujio.com. With his extensive knowledge and warm, plain English approach to technology we are delighted to welcome him back to Ipswich! During the evening, he will be walking through Apple's Homekit protocol and various third party products that use it to create a connected and smart home, and also touching on 5g and what it means for homes and technology going forward as well as some products that will allow you to get total Wi-Fi coverage in your home using Mesh technology.
Our meeting content is always subject to change if, for example, Apple surprise us with new technology at any point. But plans for 2020 include:
25 March 2020 - Colour Management - Mike Kwasniak.
20 May 2020 - AGM - i-Mazing! As many speakers as we can squeeze in demo their absolute must-have apps for iPhone and iPad - coordinated by Geoff Rogers.
29 July 2020 - Apple OSX and iOS innovations - Brad Clark.
30 September 2020 - Special guest, William Gallagher from www.appleinsider.com

We meet every other month on Wednesday evenings - from 7.30pm to 10pm - in the comfortable surroundings of Rushmere Village Hall, very close to Ipswich.
Access to the hall’s car park is from Humber Doucy Lane in Ipswich. Head towards Rushmere from the Rushmere Road roundabout on Colchester Road. A quarter mile or so up the road, at the mini roundabout, turn left in to Humber Doucy Lane. The first building you will see on the right is the Rushmere Community Centre (it has a bus stop right outside it) which is immediately followed by the drive leading to the Village Hall.
If you’re using sat nav, the hall’s post code is IP4 3PD, which will get you to within 200 yards of the building.
Come and see for yourself - you’re assured of a very warm welcome.
